Refund policy

Our Services are subscription-based, meaning that all components of the service are billed on a monthly, trimestral and semestrial basis, with automatic renewal on the same Terms unless either you or we cancel the subscription. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account. Unless you cancel your subscription from your personal account before your renew date of related month, your all subscriptions renew automatically. If you have a problem while canceling your subscription, please reach out to us. 

If you don’t want your subscription anymore, you can cancel any time and keep what you paid for. You’ll still have access to the content of your subscription until your next payment is due. After that, your subscription ends and you will no longer have access to it.
