Canceled but still charged

  1. Log in to your account overview page
  2. Under Your subscriptions, click VIEW to see the detail of your subscription.
  3. Check the Status of your subscription

The account’s not being charged

If you see recent charges on your statement, you may have logged into the wrong account page. Try again with different login details.

Date when your next payment is due

Account not canceled

Try the cancel steps again making sure you reach the confirmation message.

Status is Pending Cancel

Cancel successful

You likely cancelled just after your payment was processed, but you won’t be charged again.

You can continue to enjoy Premium the content of your subscription until the end of it.

Your plan is associated with a partner company (e.g. your phone or internet provider)

A partner company manages your payments

You need to contact that company for help.

Find their contact details on your account page under Payment.

Our Services are subscription-based, meaning that all components of the service are billed on a monthly, trimestral and semestrial basis, with automatic renewal on the same Terms unless either you or we cancel the subscription. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time via your personal account. Unless you cancel your subscription from your personal account before your renew date of related month, your all subscriptions renew automatically
