Cancel subscription

Cancel your subscription any time on your account page.

  1. Log in to your account overview page
  2. Under Your subscriptions, click VIEW to see the detail of your subscription.
  3. Scroll to Action and click Cancel

Your current subscription stays until your next billing date, then you will no longer have access to the content of your subscription.

Note: You can also cancel by contacting using the chat assistant located on the bottom right corner of your screen.
